Umara's Vitamin D tablets contain 2500 IU (International Units) of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).

D-Vitamin is used to maintain normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal absorption of calcium and normal levels of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D also contributes to normal muscle function.
